Getting Started with Clearwork

Welcome to Clearwork

Clearwork is designed to help contractors manage their business more efficiently. This guide will walk you through the essential steps to get started.

Creating Your Account

  1. Visit clearwork.software and click "Get Started"
  2. Enter your email address and create a password
  3. Verify your email address
  4. Complete your profile setup

Setting Up Your Workspace

After creating your account, you'll need to set up your workspace:

Company Information

  • Add your business name
  • Upload your logo
  • Set your default currency
  • Configure your business hours

Team Members

If you have team members, you can invite them to your workspace:

  1. Go to Settings > Team
  2. Click "Invite Member"
  3. Enter their email address
  4. Select their role and permissions

Managing Clients

Clearwork makes it easy to keep track of all your clients:

Adding a New Client

  1. Navigate to the Clients section
  2. Click "Add Client"
  3. Fill in their contact details
  4. Save the client

Client Information

For each client, you can store:

  • Contact details (name, email, phone)
  • Address information
  • Notes and preferences
  • Job history

Creating Tickets

Tickets help you track jobs and tasks:

  1. Go to Tickets
  2. Click "Create Ticket"
  3. Select the client
  4. Add a title and description
  5. Set priority and due date
  6. Assign team members if needed
